  • Your resume content and job descriptions are temporarily processed by Claude AI
  • This processing occurs in real-time and is not used to train AI models
  • Anthropic does not retain your data after processing is complete
  • We implement data minimization practices, sending only necessary content for analysis

Our Service analyzes your resume to:

  • Identify ATS compatibility issues
  • Detect potential age-revealing signals

We automatically delete your resume documents and job description data based on your service tier access period (Instant: 30 days, Professional: 60 days, Executive: 90 days) unless you explicitly choose shorter retention. This includes:

  • Uploaded resume files (PDF, Word documents)
  • Job description text
  • AI analysis results and suggestions
  • Generated optimized documents

Account Data Retention

We retain your account information (email, password, payment history) as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. You can request account deletion at any time.

Legal and Business Requirements

Some data may be retained longer when required for:

  • Legal compliance (e.g., tax records, payment disputes)
  • Security and fraud prevention
